Moho is a 2D vector-based cartoon animation application. It is not an ink and paint tool that requires you to draw and scan each frame of your animation; it provides a set of tools to create an animated cartoon, from drawing and coloring to keyframe animation and multi-layer compositing. It can be used to create animations for video, film, or streaming over the Web.
Ccdoc is a Javadoc-inspired tool that automatically generates HTML Web documentation from C++ programs by parsing the source file headers. It was designed to aid the collaboration between package users and package developers. It runs on FreeBSD, Linux, Mac OS X, Solaris, and Windows (98, 2k, Me, and XP).
sr-convert is a sample-rate conversion utility for WAV files. It supports a wide variety of sampling rates and can convert from any of the supported rates to any other. It runs under either x86 Linux or Windows and uses SSE instructions if they are available. Great pains have been taken to make sure that the sound quality of the conversion is excellent.
The Helix Ribosome build system is a set of programs written in the Python programming language which provide a common interface to retrieving and building programs from source code stored in a CVS repository. The build system is made up of two basic subsystems. The first ("build") calculates the dependencies of a target, retrieves the source code, and runs commands to build that source code in the correct order. The second component ("Umake") is a cross-platform Makefile generator, which generates makefiles that work with MSVC, CodeWarrior, and typical Unix toolchains. Umake can be used independently from the build program.
Open DESIRE is a modeling/simulation language for dynamic systems and neural networks, a runtime compiler, and an experiment-protocol script for simulation studies. It supports up to 40,000 differential equations or neural networks, in scalar and/or vector form. It also supports very fast Monte Carlo studies and complex frequency-response plots.
