websqlclient (WSQLC or wiskl) is a lightweight HTTP server which allows an end user to access JDBC data sources via automatically-generated data entry screens. It is designed to be used with standard Web browsers and wireless tablet PCs, and is highly configurable. It can connect to any JDBC data source. Its main purpose is to provide rapid data-model-driven development. The websqlclient data entry forms are generated by querying the database system table information, but can be configured manually. websqlclient includes a database-agnostic data loading utility (SQLLoader), a data unloading tool (SQLExport), and SQL scripting capabilities.
SymmetricDS Pro is software for data replication, change data capture, and data transformation in a heterogeneous enterprise environment. Performance and scalability allow it to replicate thousands of databases asynchronously in near real time. With flexible configuration and powerful scripting and programming interfaces, it can be extended to meet a range of requirements. Based on the popular open source version of SymmetricDS, the Pro edition enhances the experience with a click-through installer, Web management console, and production support.
DBforBIX is a daemon designed to work in combination with Zabbix Enterprise Monitor to provide multi-tiered monitoring, performance, and availability reporting and measurement for the many kinds of different databases, along with server performance metrics. It provides an effective mechanism to acquire data from numerous databases installation, and in turn provides this information for monitoring and performance metrics to your Zabbix server. You can then utilize the reporting capabilities of Zabbix for all data collected, and provide analysis such as graphs and service level agreement metrics for stakeholders.
DBeaver is a universal database manager and SQL Client. It supports MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, Sybase, Mimer, HSQLDB, SQLite, Derby, and any database that has a JDBC driver. It is a GUI program that allows you to view the structure of a database, execute SQL queries and scripts, browse and export table data, handle BLOB/CLOB values, modify database meta objects, etc. It has a native UI (provided by the Eclipse SWT library), great performance, and relatively low memory consumption.
Dominion v8 is a PHP universal database abstraction layer to develop rapid portable and compatible applications connecting to any freeware or commercial databases. You no longer need to write proprietary SQL sentences, but can use portable objects that give you the power to change the database engine without rewriting a single line of code.
check_db2_health is a plugin for Nagios that allows you to monitor DB2 database servers. Itcan operate in several modes: measuring how long it takes to connect and log in; display the number of connected users; display percentage of synchronous reads (SRP); display the percentage of asynchronous writes; display hit ratio in Buffer Pools, or only in Data Pages or Index Pages; display the percentage of SELECT that use an index; display the number of deadlocks per second; display the number of lock requests per second that could not be satisfied; display the fraction of time which was spent waiting for locks; display used space in a database or tablespace; display free space in a tablespace (in contrast to the previous mode, you can use units (MB, GB) for the thresholds); or display used space in a database log.
SymmetricDS provides file and database synchronization with support for multi-master replication, filtered synchronization, and transformation across the network in a heterogeneous environment. It supports multiple subscribers with one-direction or bi-directional, asynchronous data replication. It uses Web and database technologies to replicate data as a scheduled or near-realtime operation. The software has been designed to scale for a large number of nodes, work across low-bandwidth connections, and withstand periods of network outage. It works with most operating systems, file systems, and databases, including Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server (including Azure), IBM DB2, H2, HSQLDB, Derby, Firebird, Interbase, Informix, Greenplum, SQLite (including Android), Sybase ASE, and Sybase ASA (SQL Anywhere) databases.
