Transcribe! is an assistant for working out a piece of music from a recording. It offers many features aimed at making the transcription job smoother and easier, including the ability to slow down the music without changing its pitch, and to analyse chords and show you what notes are present.

            You can! It's the "Export Sound File" command.

            Also version 7.20 is now (April 2005) available.

            Improved sound quality for speed changing, more powerful
            EQ, etc.

            This program is cool! I really could have used it 10 years ago when I was a Music Ed major and transcribing stuff from tape. Oh well.

            I really enjoy the ability of this program to adjust the tempo, pitch and timbre of the song in real time.

            It would be nice though if it could export a whole wav file based on your changed settings. I guess you could just use Audacity to read the Input gain for that though. This program would be great for live DJing.
