VisualBoyAdvance Link

VisualBoyAdvance Link is a system and GUI that supports GBA/SP multiplayer link cable emulation and linking of up to 4 Gameboy emulators. It is a mix between VBALink and VBA-M. It has a "General Purpose" module that allows the Final Fantasy Tactics Advance game to be played in multiplayer mode, joystick support, display of an image representing a game after selecting a set, and game configuration saving.

    Release Notes: This release features a modified GUI and the use of a modified version of VBA-M.

      Release Notes: The interface now works with IcedTea. This release adds new corrections for network communications. General Purpose mode has been retested.

        Release Notes: This version uses VisualBoyAdvance 1.8.0. The file "LinkLinux.cpp" is modified to improve the precision of the value "timeout", aiming to speed up the data transfer in multiplayer mode. The Java GUI is also changed.

          Release Notes: The file LinkLinux.cpp was modified: the function "inet_ntoa" returned a segmentation fault with the latest stable versions of the system software.

            Release Notes: "General-purpose mode" is supported. The game Final Fantasy Tactics Advance now works in Link mode.
