URI split

URI split is a library able to strip down a URI's contents and provide the programmer an easy way to retrieve them without setting up weird environments or overkilling libraries. It's aimed to be simple, small, and easy to use.

    Release Notes: The code was mostly rewritten, and many new features were implemented and others enhanced. urisplit is capable of splitting the username and password in a URI, and protocol splitting is more accurate and efficient. The library was tested with memory tools and is safer from memory leaks.

        Release Notes: The library name has been changed to urisplit so that it does not conflict with uriparser. The way header files are installed in the system has been changed.
