uim is a multilingual input method framework. It aims to provide a flexible development platform and useful user environment for input methods. It works in many environments, including general desktop systems such as GNOME or KDE, and even in a console. It also supports Linux Zaurus and Mac OS X.

    Release Notes: This release fixes some minor problems with Qt4 bridge and uim-m17nlib. A compilation problem on GNU/Hurd and NetBSD was fixed.

      Release Notes: This release fixes a problem with text acquisition with selected text. Related to this, the Qt4 bridge now supports the text acquisition API with the QTextEdit widget.

        Release Notes: Some new features were added for uim-tutcode and uim-byeoru input methods. uim's systray toolbar now supports gnome-shell. Several minor fixes and enhancements against 1.7.0 were added, as usual.

          Release Notes: This stable release includes support for GTK+ 3 and GNOME 3. A regression in Wubi86 and ZhengMa tables was fixed.

            Release Notes: This is a preview release for testing purposes. The major feature of this release is support for GTK+3 and GNOME3.
