The t1utils package contains six programs that manipulate PostScript Type 1 fonts. There are programs that change PFB (binary) fonts into PFA (ASCII) format (and back), that translate fonts into a disassembled human-readable format (and back), and that translate Macintosh Type 1 fonts into PFB or PFA (and back).

    Release Notes: This release fixes small bugs in t1asm, and adds a --warnings option to t1ascii which warns when a font contains long lines.

      Release Notes: Fixes bugs in Macintosh file handling, MacBinary CRCs were calculated incorrectly.

        Release Notes: This release fixes a bug in handling PFA fonts with DOS line endings ("\r\n"). This bug has been present since version 1.13, and could cause font corruption.
