SynCE KDE PDA Manager

SynCE-KPM is an application for managing WM5/WM6 devices through a GUI. It provides the functionality for managing installed software and partnerships. It can also unlock password protected WM5 and WM6 devices. Finally, notification messages are shown when a device is connected and disconnected. It is intended to provide a subset of the functionality provided by ActiveSync under Windows.

Release Notes: The most significant change in this version is the addition of a remote registry viewer, which allows you to view the device registry of a Windows Mobile device from within SynCE-KPM. Another small feature that was added is that SynCE-KPM now shows a picture of your device, while it is connected, the same way Windows Mobile Device Center in Vista/Windows 7 does. This picture is taken from the device itself (and can also be changed by any user). Finally, some bugfixes have been done also.

Release Notes: A complete rewrite to two separate processes that communicate over DBus was done (instead of using Python threads) and each process now works with an event loop. The progress of an ActiveSync process is shown as it is shown on the device, and there is detection for activesync partnership and notification to the user if no partnership exists. Some code cleanup has been done.
