Shell Tunnel

Shell Tunnel provides a normal shell with port forwarding features like those provided by the -L and -R options in ssh(1). It was written to support a network that uses compile farms. It contains a small application to help to distinguish streams running tests.

    Release Notes: This release adds a --times option to print time. It adds note.txt to the distribution.

      Release Notes: The classifier can now use the CUSE library (Linux) to get real synchronization of output streams. To use this feature, load the CUSE module and make the program suid root.

        Release Notes: A log file descriptor is no longer passed to a child process. The tty is now set correctly. HTML output in the classifier did not correctly close span tags. Full HTML output in the classifier uses colors in style for additional streams based on terminal colors.

          Release Notes: Stream redirection was improved.

            Release Notes: Fixes were made for the classifier utility. The color is reset when changing a stream and on exit.
