Release Notes: A major bug in Uilities/SEED_RESPONSE/seed_resp.c was corrected to take into account the B type transfer functions (must multiply poles and zeros by (2 PI) and A0 by (2PI)**(Np-Nz).) Exponential taper was added to the time_frequency and spectra menus.

Release Notes: This version adds instantaneous azimuth and incidence computation (useful for non-centered variables), an export to ASCII function in current signal and time-frequency menu, and functions in utilities programs (GMT_plot) for plotting signal with GMT (Generic Mapping Tool). The utilities use now the same environment variables as STK, which have also been renamed to have a prefix (STK).

Release Notes: SVDS now features the ability to optionally integrate the signal before polarization analysis. In the STK time-frequency function there is now a choice of four taper functions: Hanning, Hamming, Blackman, or Hanning generalized (the default), and the ability to smooth or view the spectra. A new GMT_plot module was added for plotting results directly in PostScript. The MECA program was added for plotting focal mechanisms in text mode. A new menu was implemented for exporting results to ASCII files.

Release Notes: In this release, a bug was corrected in the Save_As_ASCII function, for saving signals in its zoom state in SAc_ASCII files. Another bug was corrected in SVDS on the incidence angle.

Release Notes: A major bug in the CallBackFile_Selection_Bin and AfficheFichierBin functions were fixed, and it is now possible to open a BIN sac file.

Release Notes: The smoothed spectra (log-log and lin-lin) are now written in the /tmp/SPE... or /tmp/PSD... files.

Release Notes: The ability to compute either PSD (Power Spectral Density) or rough FFT modulus without normalization to window length was added.
