    Release Notes: The last official release of RageIRCd that was intended for general use in a production environment was version 1.5.2, taken from the Pandora branch. Literally four years later, the authors have at last released the first major version from the new RageIRCd v2.0 platform, codenamed Bluemoon. This release is a major achievement for the RageIRCd project, and the authors would like to thank everyone who participated.

        Release Notes: This release fixed prefixing and cross-network messaging bugs and features better socket error reporting, outbound connections that work under Windows, many critical bugfixes, and the removal of automated symbol resolution and delayed module loading to simplify the module subsystem and improve the overall system stability. MOD_INIT was also removed. A number of ADNS bugs were corrected.
