Release Notes: Fixes a fairly serious bug that would cause random deadlock when two or more servers were used. The readline module is optional, as Windows Python doesn't supply it by default. There are various fixes to the install script.

Release Notes: The server was renamed to "linda_server". Using the .py extension will no longer work. The assumption that all servers can make a direct connection to every other server was removed. This will initially slow things down a bit, but hopefully this can be improved. It lets you do cool stuff like linking two seperate groups of servers over an ssh tunnel. A simple text interface was added to the server. This needs to be added to the documentation.

Release Notes: SysV shared memory was removed, and Unix Domain Sockets were made the default, as they are quicker. A new flashy Web site was created. A bug where some sockets caused an exception because they were not in blocking mode was fixed. A bug where Windows didn't define MSG_DONTWAIT in the socket module was fixed. A bug that prevented a network of servers from being formed was fixed.

Release Notes: A patch was added to allow the server to be bound only to localhost, preventing any external connections. A patch was added to allow limiting the server to certain IP addresses or ranges. An exception caused by printing the universal tuplespace was fixed. A bug in the tuple container that could cause a type error was fixed. The client-side code was modified so that messages don't block if the return message from the server is not important. The examples and documentation installed in /usr/share/pylinda were changed. The example programs are now set as executable, and their shebang lines are modified to the local Python install.
