          Release Notes: This release adds constants for all libcurl return codes. CURLOPT_FTP_SSL_CCC, CURLOPT_SSH_PUBLIC_KEYFILE, CURLOPT_SSH_PRIVATE_KEYFILE, CURLOPT_SSH_AUTH_TYPES, and CURLOPT_SSL_SESSIONID_CACHE have been added. The CLOSEPOLICY and SOURCE options have been removed, since they are now deprecated in libcurl. on Python 2.5 has been fixed.

            PyCurl developers didn't find useful to support python 2.6 on windows (more than year after general release!). We will not use this library anymore
