Pyamp is a music player for KDE that supports MP3, Ogg, and wav playback. It integrates with Konqueror and comes with a unique system tray and a Winamp style playlist editor. It was written completely in Python and is not a frontend to xmms, xine, or mpg123.

    Release Notes: Customizable playlist font, color, and transparency. The ability to show/hide menu and toolbars. Detailed tooltips for song. Keyboard navigation while searching. GUI hotkey configuration, improved toolbars, better drag-n-drop, and initial translation support. Settings are now stored in the user's KDE directory. A minor bug has been fixed.

      Release Notes: This release fixed a Unicode error in the search dialog and a bug in search dialog where the correct songs were not displayed. Some redundant code was removed.
