        Jakarta Struts Knowledge Required
This project has no documentation. Instead it refers to Jakarta Struts docs because php.MVC is proposed as a PHP port of Jakarta Struts.

It is an attempt to. Not more. I can't imagine one programmer keeping up with all the developments in the Jakarta Struts project.

If you have no Struts experience, and that includes Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB I would not touch this.

I wonder why one should switch to a PHP port of Struts when you are knowledgeable to work with Struts.
