OpenCms ANT build

OpenCms ANT Build allows multiple OpenCms developers to develop OpenCms modules in their favorite IDEs. This combines the benefit of versioning, file editing support, and merging of concurrent changes with a defined upstream to the OpenCms development / test / production server.

Release Notes: To allow porting from build trees done with Eurelis OpenCMS Ant build, a special task attribute "keywordprefix" allows you to specify the special prefix in property files for magic properties. Missing property files now may be created by the manifest builder task in case "guessfiletypes" is set to true and "failonmissingpropertyfile" is set to false. This helps a lot if your developers are continuously too sloppy to add property files when adding new files to the build tree.

Release Notes: A check for duplicate structure IDs that would result in OpenCms modules that fail during install was added. The module version number used for the module zip files is read from the module info XML file by default now.
