OpenClinic is an easy to use, open source medical records system. It has been mainly developed for private clinics, surgeries, and private doctors. It is platform independent and has a multi-language architecture.

    Release Notes: This release has an XHTML 1.1 DTD in all project pages. Possible XSS attacks with JavaScript event handlers in input fields are fixed. There is a new option CREATE DATABASE __dbname__ in MySQL dumps and table summaries. Redirections to avoid reload problem in insertions, updates, or deletions processes. Problems with dumps as files are fixed. There is a custom error handler for logging to the screen and/or to a file. The entire record's data is now logged. This release includes CSS2 table-less based themes.

      Release Notes: This release adds new themes to the project, changes the passwords coding method in MySQL fields (it is now MD5), makes $HTTP_*_VARS $_ superglobals arrays, and adds new options in dumps: DELETE FROM __table__ and USE __dbname__. The translation method has been changed; it is now done with GNU gettext and PO (and binary MO) files (classes/Localize.php file has been deleted from the project). OpenClinic CSS has changed. The new design does not use tables for layout purposes. The layout is now made with div and span tags; it looks fine in the most recent browsers.

        Release Notes: This release adds an install/wizard.php file, a DLIB_MYSQL_VERSION constant in the admin/dump_defines.php file, and new themes (Thai Appserv, OpenClinic Wizard, Izhal, and Invision). It fixes errors in the new user process (classes/User.php), the new/edit medical test process (in Opera and Mozilla browsers), the patient deletion process (medical problems), and the restore backup process when there is a semicolon in data (parse_sql_file.php).
