The Object Oriented Database Kit

The Object Oriented Database Kit is a set of tools to help database applications developers to handle database communication, reporting, and printing. It has a solid, stable, and easy to use API. It is also GUI toolkit agnostic and portable.

    Release Notes: A new regular expression API has been added. A quicksort algorithm for doubly linked lists has been implemented. Source code layout was improved for platform dependent files. Support for mutex and threads on Windows has been added. Source documentation has been added. RPM spec files are now provided.

      Release Notes: The new fetch extended API is included. Some cleanups were done to the plugin code and command code. The compilation scripts were updated for x86-64 machines. The XML API was updated.

        Release Notes: Regular bugs were fixed. Support for Date/Time objects was added on all backends. Named SQL placeholders were implemented. Updates were made to the XML API.

          Release Notes: This release featured a totally new object oriented design and easy connection and data fetching from different databases via SQL and a uniform API. Dynamic loading of database plugins was implemented with support for MySQL, SQLite, and PostgreSQL. Async data fetch and On File database support was added.
