Projects / NScripts

NScripts is a set of Nautilus scripts for several purposes, like changing the background and the splash image, copying and moving files (similar to Konqueror's context menu actions), creating and checking MD5 sums, creating a diff of two selected files, sending shortcuts to any place, creating menu entries from .desktop files, opening all selected files in GEdit, opening a terminal with the current directory as the working directory, and shredding files.

Release Notes: Several small bugs were fixed in all scripts. SetAsWallpaper can now set the wallpaper as "spanned". Scripts no longer save a temporary list of the selected files, which may increase speed on older machines. Some bits of unused code were removed. InstallTheme now supports IceWM and FluxBox.

Release Notes: This release fixes two bugs. It has a major rework of all scripts (better code, trimmed down code, more stable code, etc.). It tests via -e instead of -a. It checks whether gksu is available for root actions (and if not, prints a warning).
