Release Notes: This version has been rewritten almost from scratch. The engine is now full C++. The fltk GUI was rewritten from scratch in fltk2. The ncurses GUI is still there. All intelligence has been moved into the engine and out of the GUIs. Both the fltk2 and ncurses GUIs are contained in a single executable file that decides which GUI to use based on the name of the file. A pseudo configure script is included.

Release Notes: Various bugs were fixed. A time-to-complete-level computation was added. Themes and levelsets are now looked for in $HOME/.ngstar/{themes,levelsets}. The "static" target was added to the Makefile to compile statically linked binaries. A configuration file is present in $HOME/.ngstar/config. The program falls back to the current directory if themes and levelsets are not found in PREFIX, thus allowing a user to test before installing.
