    Release Notes: Moved to the MIT License. HTTP handlers include an optional "reason" for the abort() function. More docs, including a lot more doctrings within the code that are also in the generated docs. New features with module path resolution, module components inline with templates, and docs for writing custom resolvers.

        Release Notes: This release introduced support for Python Paste including three site templates, support for Ruby-on-Rails style URL resolution, Memcached support for page caching and session storage, improved "use_static_source" support, and many other bugfixes and enhancements.

          Release Notes: recent changes include memcached support for both the data/page caching and session APIs, <%requestlocal>, <%threadlocal>, and <%filter> sections properly receive all configured global arguments, a fix to dynamic <%args> blocks and the inheritance of <%attr> attributes, and a reworked "use_static_source" parameter.

            Release Notes: This release introduces a new and more flexible style of developing module-based component objects called "implicit module components", as well as new URI resolution paradigms, a new tag <%closure> for defining local functions, a new "dynamic" option for component arguments, improved text escaping, and a cleaner and more consistent dynamic module loading system.

                Release Notes: This release brings a variety of performance enhancements, features, and configurability, including a new rule-driven URI resolution framework, new memory management for applications with many or very large components, character-encoding support, support for custom error handling and custom error pages, and a new AJAX Toolkit example that allows easy server-side Javascript or HTML-fulfillment calls within any template.

                  Release Notes: The 0.96 series introduces many new features, including: a module components servlet-like framework; a new HTTP handler framework, including mod_python, CGI, WSGI, and standalone server handlers; session support for all environments; a streamlined request/component API; and a standalone demonstration server.

                    Release Notes: This release includes a new attribute-based Python tag syntax in the form <%python scope="...">, and an enhanced %args tag that may specify component or request scoped arguments. The documentation includes several all-new sections detailing component usage, filtering, autoflush, Python scoping, and the properties of the request object.

                      Release Notes: The optional caching API is complete, supporting in-memory caching as well as DBM-based caching. Components can cache themselves and also reference the caches of other components. Many cleanup and efficiency fixes have been made to component loading, caching, and compilation.
