Release Notes: Dynamically-loadable modules patterned after COM were added. @hook is now allowed to work on exits, enter aliases, and leave aliases. A type-punning bug in mux_fpclass() was fixed. A hang in MUNGE() if given zero words was fixed. Various @restart scenarios between SSL and non-SSL and from 2.6 to 2.7 were fixed. Release Notes: INFO should show "Patches" or "INFO 1", but not both. @dolist and @trig were not passing the TRACE bit through. @verb/no_name used unterminated verb_sw table. A typo in do_say() which left a bit-wise instead of a logical AND operation was fixed. Trailing padding in center() was fixed. A buffer overflow in fun_ladd was fixed. The Lbufref and Regref pools were documented in "wizhelp @list alloc". MAX_ALIASES_PER_PLAYER was increased from 50 to 100.

Release Notes: RxLevel and TxLevel were reversed in @examine, which would have lead to much confusion in using reality-levels. A lbuf leak which occurred when the @hook attribute is empty was fixed. A crash due to failure to clear @program data after logout was fixed. A typographical error in do_say() which left a bit-wise instead of a logical AND operation was fixed. Trailing padding in center() was fixed. A buffer overflow in fun_ladd was fixed. Separate recursion limit protection was added on nesting of iter() and list().
