Meditate Web Content Editor
Meditate is a PHP-based CMS with support for multiple users, review and approval workflows, and version control. Unlike other CMS products, it only manages editing, not delivery, of your content, so you can use whatever development techniques or frameworks you choose.

Release Notes: This release shows a selectable list of images in the Insert/Edit Image dialog when you provide a site-relative path to the images directory and your site does not reside in a subdirectory. It correctly displays content in the editor when the first level of a content folder contains other folders. It correctly navigates site directories on servers that return paths using backslashes instead of paths.
