MedCosm PictureFrame

MedCosm PictureFrame is a program useful for the creation of an electronic picture frame. It can be run from the command line or via a GUI, and performs a slideshow, continually displaying images from a directory with a specified user specified delay. The program can also be used to re-save all images in a directory with a reduced resolution, increased compression (reduced quality), and with a superimposed date stamp in the corner. This is useful for prepping your pictures for a slideshow or overlaying a date stamp prior to having them printed.
