Release Notes: The install script and main mcpics scripts were cleaned up a lot, and lots of cleanup/minimization was done in the PHP script. The HTML, CSS, and PHP files were merged into one file for simplicity. McPics now defaults to /usr/local as the install prefix.

Release Notes: Installation and usage has changed in this release. Instead of just copying the files to a directory, installation is similar to other applications.
