Release Notes: Admin users can modify a user's spam settings, configure email forwarding, and configure auto-response. Passwords are now stored via MD5. "Catch all" accounts have been implemented. Many minor bugs and Red Hat 9 compatibility issues have been fixed.

Release Notes: Tantalus has been integrated into Mail Master. Tantalus is an anti-spam Sendmail milter that keeps bulk emailers from guessing usernames by rejecting servers that guess a configurable number of invalid users within a configurable amount of time. Tantalus options were added to the system configuration screen, including host deny/accept override, count settings for failed username guesses for full domains and TLDs, and length of time to deny spam mail servers. Usernames > 32 characters are now allowed (up to 100 char). Clamscan was updated to 0.54.

Release Notes: Deleting of an aliased user has been corrected (the application didn't recognize that the operation was completed and continued to try to delete an already deleted user every 5 minutes). There are minor grammar corrections.

Release Notes: ClamScan has been upgraded to version 0.52. Master cron, which in some instances would re-apply relay hosts, has been patched. SpamAssassin's database settings have been added to settings.conf.

a lot fewer support requests :)
I kept saying to myself (and some clients) that I would write a mail
management system instead of the clunky Perl CLI's I'd written to add a
user, an alias etc. Then I found out about Mail Master. I got the
product and installed it very easily. It's all RPM's so it installed

            It provides my clients with:
a way to manage their users, create new users etc without calling me

at a glance view to see how much disk space they are using

            alias management

            user mail account management

web mail interface (Horde's IMP is installed and then integrated)

Very (user :) configurable Spam blocking (via Spam Assassin).

            Integrated Virus checking (amavis)

Easily handles any number of domains.

            Great response for support questions.
