Local Tcp Control Center

Local Tcp Control Center is a tool that limits the access of local machines to remote systems when you do not have full access to the LAN gateway. It works by sniffing for all packets described by the program options and replies to them with specially prepared TCP packet with the RST flag set and source address spooffed. This causes the connections to be terminated.
