LightningFAX is a fax server that lets users send and receive faxes directly through their computers. Users can also fax through any e-mail application. LightningFAX 6.5 SP1 Server supports Windows NT, Red Hat Linux, IBM AIX, and Sun Solaris. LightningFAX Client supports Windows 95/98/NT, as well as Java clients for Linux, AIX and Solaris. Available in English, French, Italian, German, and Japanese, handling up to 960 lines per server, and unlimited users. The Server database handles up to three million fax messages at a time. Available modules include Email Gateway modules, the ActiveX Toolkit, the API Toolkit, the SAP R/3 module, the Fax on Demand module, and the Call Centre module.
