            Release Notes: This release moves from Waf to Cmake for the build system, implements the ability to add a password to diaries directly in the file dialog while creating them, migrates to Gtk::Application and adds an app menu, improves the user interface for creating new entries and chapters, implements moving tags to categories and chapters to different dates by dragging and dropping, implements changing the topic order by dragging and dropping, and never shows markup characters in read-only mode.
