kPlaylist is a multi-lingual Web-based music streaming system. It can be used as a private or public jukebox. It uses MySQL as database, reads files as MP3, Ogg, WMA, and others and includes a user signup tool, search engine, user editor, personal options, personal and shared playlists, listings of new and popular music, a randomizing feature, and a quick way of browsing albums. Upgrading and installation is automatic.

    Release Notes: Support for flash players (JW FLV is included by default), Shoutbox for short messaging, a radio feature for streaming via Icecast, and a network mode for setting up networks with other kPlaylist sites. This release supports unicode and themeing.

      Release Notes: This release consists of multiple new features, bugfixes, and many improvements on existing functionality. A few of the new features: RSS, user templates, and custom design support.

        Release Notes: New features have been added, and the existing features were extended. Several security issues have been corrected and many bugs have been fixed.

          Release Notes: This release adds a small bulletin board, a new randomize feature for finding common music for users, and now shows album images or fetches them from Internet. Some security issues and bugs were corrected.

            Release Notes: New features includes upload support, multiple download support, and a randomizing feature for finding new and popular music. It also supports LAME for re-encoding music on the fly and a feature for sending music via mail. Hundreds of bugfixes and speed improvements were done.

            This script ROCKS!
            Kplaylist is great! I stream music from my home every day. There are other scripts out there that will do this, but nothing feels as professional as Kplaylist. Definitely give this a try!
