JWhoisServer is a small, fast, and highly configurable RFC 3912 compliant whois server written in Java and using RDBMS as a storage engine. It supports INET lookups (IPv4 and IPv6) and IDN domain names handling).

    Release Notes: The dynamic JDBC driver loader has been fixed. Support for the CUBRID database and a dynamic plugin system for DBServerType have been implemented. A (beta) installer for Microsoft Windows is now available.

            Release Notes: server.jdbc.dir, server.plugins.dir, dbTypeAliases, dbconfig-common for postgresql and fixes for MySQL, dbconfig.cfg handling, H2 DB support, db.ignoreemptyfields, dynamic DBServerType loading from cfg files, and loading multiple configuration files were implemented. Classpath fixes were made for jar files. Other minor fixes were made. The documentation and man pages were updated.
