jdone is a diary for recording jobs you have done. It integrates with tools to automatically record events, and allows you to maintain a basic TODO list for short tasks. It is intended to be used to analyze how your time is spent, to find bottlenecks and improve productivity.

    Release Notes: The CGI script and documentation were improved.

      Release Notes: Build, dist, and release build targets were improved. Minor issues in the documentation were fixed.

        Release Notes: Messages can now be posted from the command line. A hook was added to record entry closing from Org enabled buffers. An install target for GNU Make was added. Some undocumented functions in jdone.el were renamed. Definitions were updated to include customization information. Documentation was improved: the internal file format was described, new installation instructions were added, and links to various jdone related resources were added.

          Release Notes: Bugs in jdone.el and jdone-cgi-simple.bash were fixed. Documentation and the build script were improved.

            Release Notes: Standard project documentation files and documentation for users was included. Code was added for publishing and releasing project files to SourceForge. A CGI script was included for publishing jdone storage on a Web server. Message posting to jdone storage in Emacs was improved. You can publish the selected region or the current line (and optionally kill this line). You can also integrate jdone with the *Log-Edit* buffer to automatically record commit events.
