JaBaCATs is a set of basic Java tools for developers who need Certificate Authority (CA) root certificates and user certificates signed by the CA. This software is useful for application developers which use the SSL protocol and for people and organizations who want to be a Certificate Authority.

    Release Notes: Certificates generated with Outlook and The Bat have been probed; it works fine. Support was added for certificate renew. A new Java I18N resource bundles with easier than older ones. Dynamic module loading was added to make JaBaCATs a little bit faster. A bug was fixed in CA's certificate v3 extensions. (If you had create a CA certificate with it and you want to correct it, please contact the autors.)
