      Release Notes: A new circuit state machine (isis_csm.[ch]), a lot of work on LSP generation, an ISO checksum, use of DGRAM sockets instead of RAW, getting IP(v6) addresses from zebra, ability to control debug with the "debug isis" command, read support for TE tlvs, and beginning work on p2p interfaces and isis events.
