iKog is a very simple utility designed to make the management of your to-do lists quick and easy. The emphasis is on speed and portability. The program is a text-only utility with no graphical user interface, but it does include some features specifically designed to help with techniques such as Getting Things Done (GTD). It also supports encryption for private data.

    Release Notes: An issue with 'as' now being a reserved word in Python has been corrected. A facility has been added for using a plugin file to customize outputs.

      Release Notes: The HTML export has been corrected so that a UTF-8 statement is included. This means that the HTML will work with accented characters, etc.

        Release Notes: Commands can now be run from the command line to help with automated scripting. An ARCHIVE command has been added so that tasks can be marked as complete and retained in a separate file. An external CSS file can be used to enhance the HTML reports. The color mode can now be set to leave the background unchanged. This is primarily for use with terminals that are set to transparent mode. An import for the readline module has been added.

          Release Notes: Custom project abbreviations have been added. This can be helpful if a large number of projects are in use. A problem with the deletion of custom context abbreviations has been fixed.

            Release Notes: This release contains two new features and one bugfix. Custom context abbreviations can now be added. Filters can now contain the OR keyword to provide greater control over the tasks. File permissions on the saved file, if using internal tasks, have been corrected so that the executable permission is maintained.
