iKeepAtive is a fitness scheduling app, designed primarily to help users schedule their workouts and integrate with the system calendar to make sure you do them. The application also has Calories tracking, diet tracking, and daily portrait tracking. The user interface is presented in a simple, 5-view design. It also includes BMI, BMR, and TDEE calculators.

    Release Notes: Mountain Lion compatibility was improved. Other features and improvements have also been added. Updating is recommended for everyone using 64-bit Intel Macs (32-bit support was dropped).

      Release Notes: This release adds a prominent help button to the toolbar. It fixes import/export issues and portrait migration following the sandbox release of version 1.2.0.

        Release Notes: This release implements Apple’s new Sandbox security model, and in turn the calendar synching subsystem has been completely rewritten. Improvements in this area and other areas have been made along the way.

          Release Notes: This release fixes the critical divide-by-zero crash introduced in 1.1.0, which occurred when there were no previously-completed activities. It also fixes the Activities Due window not showing up when iKeepActive was launched by calendar events when they were due.

            Release Notes: The main highlight of the release is being able to put the application in recovery mode so that it won't count missed exercises against you if you’re sick or injured. Other new features are also available, including looking up the Calorie intake for your meals.
