Groupy is a content management system that allows groups within an organization to share multi-lingual content. It provides a unique tool for organizing diverse content types (Articles, News, Files, Images, Events, etc.) in a rich editing environment similar to a wiki.

    Release Notes: A new Location content type that stores addresses and can show what events occur at a location was added along with an XML import and export system. You can now import your Wordpress blog into Groupy. MetaWeblog and Wordpress APIs were implemented. You can now use blogging tools like scribefire or w.bloggar. All dates and times recorded in UTC. A new time zone setting was added. Media and External Media were re-worked for much more accurate and flexible media handling. A completed plugin implementation allows Plugins to have configuration forms. There were many bugfixes and documentation updates.

      Release Notes: The draft system was fixed. A security hole in the trash page was fixed. A security hole in anonymous comments was fixed. The way that NULL undefined dates are handled was fixed. A setting for controlling how users' names are displayed was added. The user profile page was cleaned up.

        Release Notes: Monthly, weekly, and daily calendars were added. Yearly, weekly, and daily recurring events were added. Searching ranks by relevance was improved. The GetContent module is more flexible. Paging was added for the GetContent and LatestContent modules. A form validation framework is in place (but is not yet used). Paging when viewing content history was implemented. The superuser can reset other users' passwords. Many bugs were fixed. Minor Korean translation update was made.

          Release Notes: A more powerful and intuitive publishing and draft system was implemented. Content types can be added or overwritten by placing files in plugins/content_types/. The skin system and default skin were improved. Users can customize their profiles and upload a user photo. Users can send email to each other through groupy. Users may view the history of any piece of content. The Page system was improved with a prepare method. An event calendar page was added. Many bugs were fixed.

            Release Notes: The XMLRPC extendedPing is sent when content is saved. Paging support (to see the next 10 20 50 items) was added in the Latest content and search. The software is now installable on servers where allowing the Web server to write files is not permitted. Automatic generation of URL name is much better. Adding of tags to content is allowed. Many important fixes were made. The documentation was updated.
