GQmpeg is a frontend to various audio players, featuring themes (skins), playlists, and many configuration options. Supported backends are mpg123, ogg123, xmp, and video4linux radio tuners.

    Release Notes: A division by zero bug that was introduced in the previous release was fixed.

      Release Notes: Accelerators have been added for the playlist window buttons and menus. Slow playlist loading with the playlist window open has been fixed. There are updates to the skin engine, and text in skins is now anti-aliased. There are miscellaneous bugfixes.

            Source files
            Well, for right now you can get the source files from debian. They have the raw stuff archived, as well as a debianized patch.

            the best mp3 player for X11. very small and fast.

            the themes can change the look to whatever you want.

            is he dead?
            Did the author get hit by a train or something?
            he seems to have ceased all development. I emailed him but havent gotten a responce. I think ill start hacking at this to get some recursive directory support and what not into it. cant promise anything.
