Globulation 2
Globulation is an innovative high quality real-time strategy which minimizes micro-management by automatically assigning tasks to the units. The player has to choose the number of units they want for the different tasks, and the units will do their best to satisfy the requests. This allows the player to manage more units and to focus on the strategy.

Release Notes: This release fixes some bugs that crashed the game, and made it hard to play. It will hopefully be the last release before a major rewrite takes place.

Absolutely the best open source RTS game
This game is without dubt the best open source real-time strategy. If there were more (active) developers/artists it would be the best RTS ever. I wish good luck in the future to Globulation2 team and really, really hope some other prople will contribute to the project.

Globulation IS THE BEST RTS
The latest version is actually alpha 7 (08/21/04) And I think it
is the best free RTS in the world!!! I greatly recommend it as a
"must play game"!!!
