Generic JTAPI, JAIN JCC, and JAIN Jcat

Generic JTAPI, JAIN JCC, and JAIN Jcat is a framework to allow for the rapid development of Java telephony specification implementations. It does this by reducing the "service provider" coding requirements by an order of magnitude and by providing common services. Also included are sample service providers, including layered providers that can be combined with others to support multiplexing, JAIN JCC support, JAIN Jcat (preliminary), and and remote access.

This is the first known Jcat implementation and will provide telephony developers interested in JAIN Jcat the ability to start doing initial testing and development.

Release Notes: GJTAPI now supports JCC 1.1. There is also a new LGPL "bridge" to allow the use of XTAPI service providers. This is packed in a separate Jar file due to licencing conflicts. Many minor bugfixes were made. Since JTAPI 1.4 source code has not yet been released, GJATPI does not yet support JTAPI 1.4.
