gettext lint tools

The gettext lint tools are a collection of tools for checking the validity, consistency, and spelling of PO and POT files. An experimental glossary building tool is also included.

    Release Notes: This release adds a replace command in POFileSpell interactive mode. POTFileChecker has been merged into POFileChecker (run with --pot).

      Release Notes: The argument parsing code was converted to use getopt, so it should be much more flexible now. Man pages were added. A default CSS was added for the reports, named report.css. POFileSpellShell was replaced by POFileSpell with the -i option. POFileConsistencyShell was replaced by POFileConsistency with the -i option. POFileConsistency now allows muliple consistency equivalents files.

        Release Notes: This version adds POFileFill, a tool to translate a file based on existing translations, POFileSpell, a tool to spell check files, and POFileSpellCheck, which is related to POFileSpell as POFileConsistencyShell is to POFileConsistency.
