    Release Notes: In rtmp mode, authstring from media streaminfo is used for calling rtmpdump 1.2. This version of rtmpdump correctly downloads/resumes Normal quality flash video from iPlayer if the High Quality version is unavailable.

      Release Notes: In rtmp mode, if the high quality Flash RTMP version is used, the mp4 file extension is used. In rtmp mode, if the high quality Flash RTMP version is not available, then the normal quality Flash RTMP version is used. In rtmp mode, if normal quality Flash is used, an avi file is created (since ffmpeg cannot yet demux vp6 flv streams into mp4 containers).

        Release Notes: The --raw option now also prevents ffmpeg from converting flv to mp4 format in rtmp mode. Search options now affect the results of --html and --xml output.

          Release Notes: This release will send all text output to stdout unless --stdout or --pvr modes are being used. A resume option has been added to rtmpdump invocaton. This release will get the RTMP application name from BBC media metadata.

              Release Notes: This release uses the new Coyopa streams for BBC Local Radio. All BBC local radio stations have been added to the radio channel list. This release will not get index info from the BBC site if only a pid is specified (using --pid).
