forumFR is a PHP forum which uses MySQL for the topics index and XML for text and post storage. It seems run very well, faster than a ubb forum.

    Release Notes: In this release, a new panel to add beautiful smileys was made. ForumFR can show only one category and display login form when user clicks on "reply" or "newtopic". All mktime() functions were replaced by $date_now. A login.php link was added to header.php. Now, users can activate last-visit cookies in profil.php. ForumFR remembers last visits, only when user is logged in. A sound may be activated on profil.php when a private message is received.

      Release Notes: Login.php is available when replying to a new post. An email confirmation for lost passwords has been added. Two alert message have been fixed in pv_viewforum and viewforum when forums are empty. An "unlink failed" alert in theme.php has been fixed. admin/forum.php has been added. Forums have to be in a category, and install.php was modified.

        Release Notes: This release adds an install script, some smilies in forumfr.sql, and flock protection when rewriting auth.php. The "rewrite" function is now in fonctions.php.
