Release Notes: The delete feature has been modified so now you can delete a range of bases, and so remove low quality regions. Quality values from ABI files created on 3100 or 3700 machines are now correctly displayed. ABI files containing a Mac header were previously corrupted on write if you had increased the number of bases during editing. Bugs causing malfunction of the reverse complement feature have been fixed.

Release Notes: The application could crash when editing older ABI files. Exporting sequences with deleted bases would result in underscores in the export file. The Linux application is packaged as a fully static build with no library dependencies.

Release Notes: A Solaris build is now available with this release. The new version provides full featured editing, allowing you to edit your base calls, insert or delete bases, change a range of base calls to N's or X's, or convert them to upper or lowercase. You can select and copy sequence data for use in other applications, and save your edits to a new chromatogram file for later use. The ability to search your sequence data using regular expressions or simple base queries has been added.
