email2trac is a utility that converts email messages to Trac tickets. It features HTML message conversion, attachments, updating of tickets via email, command line options, a configuration file, Unicode support, spam detection, workflow support, and support for FullBlogPlugin and DiscussionPlugin.

    Release Notes: Custom ticket fields were not properly initialized. Aa format-security problem in run_email2trac.c has been fixed, as well as a variable name typo and lower on non-string object failure.

      Release Notes: This release adds bugfixes for the delete_spam utility, cc_fields, strip_quotes, attachment filenames with Unicode characters, and get_sender_info. It adds support for cc_black_list, Trac 1.1, BloodHound (Beta), and new Trac Agilo installations. run_email2trac now reports errors to syslog instead of stdout.

        Release Notes: A UnicodeDecodeError when checking attachment filenames was fixed. Trac installations in a virtual environment are now supported by configure or command line options. Trac Agilo installations can now be enabled with a command line option.

          Release Notes: Adds support for trac version 1.0.

            Release Notes: This release adds several new options for stripping signatures and quotes. On Windows, email attachments were not attached to the ticket. The license has changed to the Apache License 2.0.
