eFAQ is a Web-based Frequently Asked Questions component written in server side Java. The eFAQ can be entered manually as well as fed by the eForum and HelpDesk systems.

    Release Notes: This release focuses on bringing the eFaq code up to date with the Expresso 5.1 release, and fixes a few bugs. The required version numbers were updated. A CheckLogin JSP error was fixed. Bad references in JSP files were fixed. The Src-war build was fixed. The program is now compatible to multiple databases with respect to dates.

      Release Notes: This release adds a completely new UI, featuring customizable JSP pages using the Struts tag library. This allows the FAQ to be presented in virtually any style required. Questions can now be added along with their answers. Questions are also now sorted according to the number of times their answers have been viewed, with the most popular questions at the top of the list. This version also introduces the sub-topic hierarchy into eFAQ; topics may have nested topics within them. This release brings eFAQ up-to-date with the latest changes in Expresso.
