Docvert is Web service software that takes multiple word processor files (typically .doc) and converts them to Oasis OpenDocument v1.0 format, and then optionally to any XML/HTML format. The results are returned in a .zip file.

          Release Notes: Improved support for EMF/WMF (requires PyODConverter with the OOo Server option). The homebrew XML parser has been replaced with SimpleXML. Minor bugfixes to PyODConverter. Note: non-PyODConverter options are now deprecated. Please migrate to PyODConverter.

            Release Notes: Speed optimizations were made. This release is three times faster than before when using the new "PyODConverter with OOo Server" option. Converted Office documents can now be published to blogs, and images are losslessly optimized for size. The interface is now in English and French, and there are various usability improvements as well as bugfixes.
