CDEEngine

CDEengine is a PHP class which implements the general database functions in PHP and provides a common SQL platform for PHP development where developers change their databases but not their code. It supports Firebird, MySQL, Oracle, SQLite, Dbase, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL.
