AnotherScrapBook is a static Website generator. It can currently handle (almost) all kinds of pictures, as well as MJPEG films as typically generated by a digital camera.

    Release Notes: M-JPEG and Dir files are no longer recreated if there are no changes. There is a new option --list-configs to list already defined configurations, and an option --show-config to list options defined in the configuration chosen with the --config option.

      Release Notes: This version fixes a few annoying problems like errors when transcoding films and hanging when calling external applications.

        Release Notes: This version concentrates on bugfixes, particularly a nasty bug involving incorrect rights. It moves away from MPEG1 towards MPEG2, a small step towards DVD compatibility.

          Release Notes: This release adds --save-config and --config options (to save and reuse options), a --man option to get help about specific options, an ASB::In::TkTag class to view and tag photos with a Tk GUI, the ability to go back-and-forth through the tree using the NEXT, PREV, and UP methods, INDEX and TAG methods for Items, and id and ORIGID fields for Items (useful for sorting).

            Release Notes: The -sample option of the "display" command is now used to resize images, since -resize is slower. Mplayer and other commands were replaced as much as possible with transcode. A "compact" Template was added. The new "CLASS" info field was created to remember the class of an item. The default of the "save-always" option was changed from 0 to 1, meaning to save after each item.
