Release Notes: This release contains several bugfixes and has many long requested new features, e.g individual user colors, a change password facility, a lock chat facility, an admin page, a log-to-file facility, some autodetections in the install script (making installation even more simple), and a nicer layout. But most importantly, the socket server of ARSC now works with the latest PHP version.

Release Notes: The final release offers many bugfixes, a better looking interface, smilies, a completely rewritten and now non-forking socket server, many new commands for operators, registration (enforced and optional), time-limited banning based on IPs, one-click actions for operators, colors, flood protection, and RIP mode (users cannot speak). Operators can move users into other rooms, browsers are auto-detected, and the installation is easier due to a cleaner config file. Meanwhile, ARSC is still compatible with every browser, even text based ones, and WebTV boxes.
